Grantham takes second award

BeerHeadZ Grantham has taken Grantham CAMRA Town Pub of the Year for the second year in a row. Grantham CAMRA chairman Nev Lomas handed over the certificate last night to the team and it soon became apparent that there was a hilarious mistake – The award was made out to BearHeadz! It was a source of much merriment throughout the evening, and had we known, we would have got a keg of Hofmeister in for the occasion. A red-faced Nev promised to get the certificate reprinted and no offence was taken! Thanks to all the team at Grantham; Briony, Neal, Mark, Simon and Sam (who sadly couldn’t make it) for their hard work in making BearHeadz Grantham such a success. Richly deserved. We are delighted to announce that BeerHeadZ has  been awarded North Notts CAMRA Pub of the Season for Summer 2015. This is the second accolade awarded since we opened less than a year ago and is testament to all the hard work the team has put in over the months to improve BeerHeadZ and bring you fantastic beers from around the country. Many thanks to North Notts CAMRA for the recognition and to our loyal customers for their support and making it possible. The presentation is provisionally set for Friday, 23rd October, as part of our 1st birthday celebration weekend which runs from 22nd – 25th October. North Notts CAMRA have awarded BeerHeadZ their ‘Pub of the Season’ for Winter. The BeerHeadZ team received the certificate earlier this week at the pub at a well-attended event which involved much beer swilling and pork pie munching. Big thanks go out to North Notts CAMRA for recognising our efforts and to all the BeerHeadZ staff and customers without whom this wouldn’t have been possible. We salute you all! Cheers!

After being opened just a tad over three months and serving 120 different beers from 112 breweries, BeerHeadZ are delighted to announce that we have won our first award! North Notts CAMRA have voted us their ‘Pub of the Season’ for Winter. The BeerHeadZ team are very proud to have their efforts recognised so soon after opening and look forward to bringing you more exciting beers from breweries old and new in the future. The date of the presentation night will be announced as soon as we know it.
